The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Matteo Salvini, has indeed announced in recent hours that the League, in full agreement with the other parties of the government majority, would present a ad hoc amendment to the Enabling Act for Tax Reform for the Purposes of waive fees for supercars. Over time, the hope is to put the summer break on paper.

WHAT IS THE SUPER STAMP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY?

SUPER STAMP: ABOLITION WITH THE ACT ON TAX DELEGATION, WHAT HAPPENS

Minister Salvini announced that the tool to proceed with the abolition of the super stamp will be an amendment to the enabling law for tax reformwhose text approved by the Council of Ministers arrived in Parliament on March 23, 2023 and is currently being examined by the House Finance Committee, before arriving in the House.
